From the beginning to the end of the project we provide a full set of product development services, including building and testing of the prototypes. A successful testing of the final prototypes built using production level drawings and other documentation marks your product Ready for production. (Client may select prototype or manufacturing level of drawings). Once the prototypes are tested and detailed design is verified, a full set of documentation is submitted to the customer who then makes arrangements for the production. For customers with Quality Control Procedures such as ISO 9000/9001 or ISO 13485 we provide adequate documentation in the form of Project file.

Natural end of the product development cycle is when the production First-Offs are approved and accepted by the customer. This solution extends past the Project responsibility by providing a mechanical engineering support to the manufacturers. A liaison with the production and engineering support during the building of tooling / moulds review and selection of suppliers' quotes as well as the preparation of Manufacturing and Assembly instructions necessary for the production and/ or assembly. We are ready to work with the suppliers selected by our client or use one of our pre-approved suppliers (client's choice Local or Far East) . 
The level and detail of provided documentation after the test run (first off) or the pilot series production is sufficient for the customer's purchasing department to take over further management of the production and logistics.

This Ultimate turnkey Solution is the most suitable for clients who prefer "Single stop services" or the advantage of a single budget for both the product development and manufacturing. DESIGNLORE acts as a supplier of finished parts and assemblies taking full responsibility for the Quality of the product. We select the contract manufacturers and provide them with a seamless technical support and instructions immediately when required. The cost of Project management and Quality Control is built into per part price.
DESIGNLORE provides all project management and logistics minimizing risk and sparing our clients of worries. Finished product is supplied as per agreed schedule or JIT. Optionally, Product Responsibility may include a design of packaging as well (per client).
